We had the a twin room which was reasonably large with fridge. The location of the hotel was particularly good - at a medium distance from Chupan Ata Shrine. There was a good restaurant within walking distance of the venue.

Some of the staff were very impolite.

Speaking of which, the hotel's location was unbeatable. Situated in a pleasant neighborhood, it was right in the center of everything, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the friendly and attentive staff to the basic amenities, everything was taken care of. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning, clean toilets, and even a balcony to enjoy the views. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic. There was a variety of food served every day, including a packed breakfast for those on the go.

During my Christmas stay, I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was located near all the major sites and attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. I enjoyed using their computer as it was available for 24 hours and greatly assisted me in planning my daily adventures.

I did notice that the beds were slightly uncomfortable and the pillows had a musty smell. It was a minor inconvenience, but I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you are a light sleeper.
